Setup
Gather black paper, push pins, LED tea lights and clear a small work surface. Read the Constellation Storytelling Lanterns mission aloud, then place the supplies where children can choose and compare them safely.
Activity
- Pick a constellation from the star map and mark its stars in pencil on black paper.
- Use a push pin to poke holes at each star point, then roll the paper into a lantern shape.
